Shipping Information

Orders are generally shipped out within 4-5 business days if all items are in stock. We ship the most cost effective way we can.

Shipping costs do vary by an item's weight and size. We have developed our shipping cost schedule to apply the most affordable shipping on orders ranging from small to large. Lightweight items can be added to orders with just a small handling charge. Heavier hardware and liquid products are assigned their shipping costs by weight. You will see all the shipping and handling cost details in your shopping cart view when you are ready to order.

We are proud partners with 2CheckOut and PayPal, and we think you will appreciate the ease of our secure online shopping cart ordering system. For your convenience, we accept VISA, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover. In addition, we accept personal checks or money orders sent to our postal address.

To pay by check or money order, please use our secure shopping cart online to total up your items and shipping, then just print the last page and enclose a check for payment.

In an effort to reduce the amount of waste generated, we recycle packaging materials whenever possible.

Returns and Exchanges

Exchanges or returns for unused and unopened items must transact within 30 days from purchase for refund. If you decide you would like different size or style once you have received it and it is unused, please send an email to products@cleansolutions.biz with your request for a refund or an exchange. We will send you instructions via email about how to obtain a refund or an exchange within 30 days of your original purchase. Please keep your original invoice for processing purposes.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not refund shipping charges. The customer is responsible for shipping charges to return to us and also is not refunded for the shipping charges in the original order. If you decide you do not want the product or would like different size or style, we will refund the product completely, just not shipping.

Items Damaged By Shipping

If you receive damaged items, please notify us right away and let us know the of the condition of the package and/or items as soon as you receive it by either calling 707.938.9002 or emailing at products@cleansolutions.biz

  • Damaged goods will be replaced at no cost to you.
  • CLEAN SOLUTIONS will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is damaged or a result of our error.
